what i do my best friend for like ever just told me that she likes me and i am a girl and i am not bi or lesbian so i told her that i do not like girls but she just wont stop calling me and asking me out

seriously though maybe remind her that you have been friends a long time, you don't want to lose her friendship but her pushing this issue is making you uncomfortable. Also think of it from her side.... if her feelings are strong enough that she had to tell you, it's probably been 'brewing' for a while until she just couldn't hide it anymore. Rejection is hard for most people, and like many people she isn't handling it very well. Maybe stop taking her calls for a little while until she gets a grip on reality and can speak to you as a 'friend' again.

Two of my best friends growing up ended up being bi and hitting on me After I told them that I was not and that they were making me uncomfortable, they stopped. Real friends will respect your feelings.

If you are sure you have made it clear, then make it clear by saying we can't talk at all anymore because you make me too uncomfortable... you tried bein nice...
