check the water! If it has plenty of water then check the thermostat to see if it has one or it is stuck open.....Does the temperature guage get up to normal? If it does it maybe just low on water.

make sure your radiator fluid is full.if not,you have a leak. next feel the heater hoses which is located at the firewall.those hoses should feel hot.if these hoses are hot,you have a temperature blend door that is not working.
