I use Brasso® Metal Polish at work, and found out I am pregnant... will it damage the fetus/baby?

I would recommend using a maks and gloves if you don't already. Take frequent brakes and wash your hands often. The experts say that chemicals can harm your baby, but does that mean we can't clean our houses? Just make sure you're putting you first, and you'll be fine. Take precautions and make your boss understand that the fumes if inhaled on a constant basis could hurt your baby that's why you need fresh air often. Good luck!

Many of the chemicals in certain products are harmful. I would think that a metal polish could have harmful effects especially during the first trimester.
