No, not in school. I work at a credit union and we're having an open house this week. The theme is "Celebrating Diversity", so we have a string of flags up with 15 different flags and this was the only one we couldn't match to a country.

I think it is Uganda in Africa, but I'm not sure.

Germany is the only other one I can think of, but I'm pretty sure theirs is horizontal stripes (but I'm not completely sure).
