After 4 children (last of which are twins), my breast never leaked till after the babies were born. As has been told to you earlier, at a certain period in your pregnancy (differs for most people) you will be able to express some colostrum from the breast, but it will not just come out on its own. The areola around the nipple will broaden and turn darker, and there will be breast discomfort though. And usually the veins within the breast themselves will be easier to see.

No, your breasts will not leak until later in pregnancy. Mine started to leak (only if i squeezed them) at 21 weeks. So...you could still be pregnant. Sore nipples/breasts is one sign. Also, having to pee all the time, nausea, being tired, and a missed period are other signs you could be pregnant.

Hon, the only time that your breasts might leak is just before you have your baby. Even then it is not very likely. What happens is that right before you deliver you are able to express a few drops of what is probably colostrum from your breasts.
Even tho your breasts sensitivity is a good indicator of pregnancy I have never heard of any actual leaking.
Don't feel silly, there is nothing wrong with being excited about being pregnant!

your breasts will not leak until you have a child! you wouldnt have produced any milk yet.
PS. When some women are about to start their period they will be able to leak milk, I had this happen once and freeked out, I asked my friend about it and she said hers do to from time to time, and her kid is 7!!!
and when I was pregnant with my 2nd child I leaked again. ( and I was only 2 weeks late on my period!)
So there ya go. Ignore the woman above who said this could not happen! IT DOES im living proof, she didnt do much research!
just because it didnt happen to her, dosent mean it dosent happen!
So, Good Luck to ya!

my breasts did not start lactating until I was about 7 months pregnant. I have never heard of anyones breasts lactating before they even knew they were pregnant or not. I nursed for about 11 weeks after I had my baby and it took about 8 months to stop producing milk.
