Ok. I have my website but when I go to it it says I am not authorized to view the page. I contacted technical support and their reply was:

Unfortunately there is no index page in the public directory. Permissions are normal. If yould like to view the site correctly, make sure there is an index page in the public directory.

How do I do that or where do I go to have it done?

It means that your main HTML page has to be called index.htm or index.html. Their answer is fairly precise, small introductory course on web site creation may help you a lot.

If you don't want to rename your main page to index.html, then just specify the full URL to it. For example, if your server is newbee.com and your main page filename is mainpage.html, then go to http://newbee.com/mainpage.html

Hope this helps!

If your hosting you own IIS server you need to create a HTM or HTML file in the root pub folder so that your server finds a default page, if your using an online provider you may have not created your homepage yet.
