No food will make any difference. Generally speaking, women ovulate 14 days after the first day of their period. The egg can only be fertilized 12 to 24 hours after ovulation. Sperm can live in the vagina for up to four days. Your best chance to get pregnant is to have sex as frequently as possible on days 10 through 16 after the start of your most recent peroid. You should lay on your back with your legs in the air afterwards to make sure that as much semen as possible stays in you.

That being the case you should ovulate ten or eleven days after you started your period. Making love a few days before you ovulate right up until the day you ovulate would be the best time for you to concieve.
As far as foods that you could eat that would help I haven't a clue. I do know that being well nourished helps but that is about as far as that goes.
Good luck and I hope you enjoy your pregnancy. It is such a magical, wonderful time in your life.
Blessings

Eat foods high in folic acid, like broccoli and dark leafy greens.
looks like you have a short cycle, which probably means you are most fertile right after your period. Try having intercourse on your last day, or whenever you feel "wet." The wet feeling is vaginal discharge or cervical mucous. The mucous helps to give a "highway" to the sperm, letting it speed along up to the ovum. If you feel wet for more than one day, that's great. Only have sex on days you feel wet. That way your partners sperm can build up and mature while you are between fertil days.
If you don't conceive after several cycles, consult a gynocologist. There may be a fertility issue that you are unaware of.
Hope this helps.

First thing to consider. Be maried first! Fairness to the child involved. Be of age. Like you can handle all your bills, rent, food, utilities.
Got the medical insurance needed for the newborn and you? Need lots of that, then the baby clothes, the baby furniture, diapers, plenty of diapers.
Spend reality with a large family, or someone elses newborn. Morning, noon and night.
Its not all fun and games, the way you are making it out to be! Some friends diseappear like teenagers do when friend has the kid. The kid takes up all your time now! Til its 18 years of age.

take 400mcg a day (that's usually 2 pills) of Folic Acid (vitamin supplement) until you conceive. This is what Dr.'s recommend doing. It helps trust me. You can buy Folic Acid at any grocery store for under $10 a bottle. Try it ...its worth a shot.
also try and have an orgasm after your partner...this opens your cervix and allows the sperm to swim easier

Do you have any kids? Why would love to get pregnant? You are giving away your age from that comment. There are no foods that will make you pregnant. Go have sex unprotected and keep doing especially before your period and right after

When trying to conceive, the first thing to do is to see your doctor so they can run some simple blood work to make sure everything is fine. The best time to conceive is when you are ovulating.
