If he cuts his hand it means he has serious issues in all sorts of areas: needy for attention, wants control, uses emotional blackmail. Not healthy for him or the person he cuts his hand for.

would u do the same? cutting his hand won't prove that he loves you. And that is immature in the first place. If he really loves you he would treat you good, make u a queen, or even cook for you and maybe its better if he cut his hands while peeling your favorite fruit.
