Start the next pack the day after you take the last placebo pill and keep on taking them once a day like clockwork. It can take about three months for your body to get into the rythym of the pills, so don't worry.
I usually start bleeding on the second or third placebo pill.

I used to take the pill where you took 21 pills, then nothing for a week, and then started the 2nd 21 pills. Even if nothing happened in the week of not taking anything, I would still start the second strip. I assume this works the same, so I would start the second pack on the day AFTER your last placebo pill. Hope this helps!

You start your next pack the day after you finish your last pack. So if you're using the placebo pills (some people don't) and take the last one today, tomorrow you'll start your new pack with the 1st active pill.
Be aware (it says in the pamphlet that comes with every pack of pills) that if you go two months without a period, to see your doctor. Skipping occasionally is normal...for one month. Two months would not be. So at the end of the next pack if you skip again, see your doc ASAP.

The day after you take your last placebo pill and finish the pack.
You usually start the second pack of pills when you're finished taking all of the pills in the first pack.

The day after you take your last placebo pill. The idea of the placebo pills is that it is easier to remember to take a pill every day than to have a gap of 7 days.

When you have finished the first pack, start the next one. You might still be bleeding or you might not bleed at all. Your periods will probably be kinda screwed up for the next few months. Just keep taking a pill everyday and things will balance back out.

The instructions should say, but honestly you shouldn't take medical advice from people on here. Call your physician for concrete answers. What if some imbecile gives you the wrong info and you get pregnant? Yikes.
