It's the end of the world as we know it?? lol... probably not, but since i dont watch that show i wouldnt have the slightest clue- i used to watch it YEARS ago though....

its called Coda and its on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Once More with Feeling Soundtrack

I've just watched it and if I'm think of the correct part of the episode, its just music - no singing, right?
The DVD credits say that the Score was written by Christophe Beck and the Theme by Nerf Herder. There is no other reference to music or songs in the credits.

If you're talking about the instrumental music in the background, it's called "Sacrifice (from "The Gift")" and it's on the "Once More, With Feeling soundtrack."
