My current Hard Drive is an ATA 80gb hard drive. I am ordering a Seagate ATA 120 GB. (Upgrade) Will this work? I currently have a pentium 4 single core processor and a 512mb memory.

yes it should be compatible. seagate is a good harddrive, and your system should not have any problem running on a 120GB hard drive. as long as the hard drive is a laptop harddrive and not a PC hard drive.

That will work just fine. Good choice of hard drive. You should be satisfied with it.
