Does your best friend give massages for a living? If so, then unless you have a problem with your boyfriend getting massages period, let it go or let them both know that you're not comfortable with the situation.

Firstly, you should tell your boyfriend how you feel about this. Secondly, you should learn how to give massages so that your boyfriend does not feel that he is having to give up on something he enjoys just because you don't like it. These things should involve compromise. You also need to think about what kind of relationship you actually have if you feel you can not trust your partner. How would you feel if you felt you were doing something totally innocently and were accused of something because of how somebody else felt whether it was true or not.

Are they erotic massages or friendly massages? Does he complain when you massage him? If he does then it looks like your boyfriend has feelings for your best friend.

1) Get a new boyfriend.
2) Get a new best friend.

Is she a qualified therapist?
Has he an injury or niggling back problem?
If you answer yes to both these questions, not too much to worry about at the moment. But watch 'em!
If no to either or one, you have to ask yourself, "Why is he getting a rub down elsewhere when we could do that in the bedroom and turn it into a fun-night?".
But tread carefully either way, false accusations can ruin a relation-ship as quick as 'playing away'.
Good luck.

Is your friend a licensed massage therapist?
If not go with him to learn her technique so he will want one from you. Then tell her and him that you will be doing his massages from now on.
If she is licensed go once and watch how she does it. Then offer to pay for him to go to a male massage therapist.

If it's a foot massage you should get Marcelle Wallace to throw him off a roof.

are they alone when she is giving him a massage? if so then go along and watch how she does it, then you can do it for him, then there will be no need for her to do it, either way i would put a stop to it, talk to him let him know how it makes you feel offer to do it for him yourself
