Wal Mart's fabric area has huge rolls of vinyls and clear plastic down here (I know, I hate Wal Mart, but sometimes they are a necessary evil cause Target doesn't sell some things that Wal Mart does!) You might try them if you can't find anywhere else. It is getting harder to find things like that.

Try a fabric store, such as Jo-Ann or Hancock's. A cheaper alternative might be to pick up a package of the plastic that is sold to winterize your windows, available at Wal-mart or any hardware store.

The only place I know is the fashion district (there is a area where they sell fabric) in LA, if you don't live near there, I don't know where to get it really cheap. (compared to there, craft/fabric stores have ridiculous prices)
