A triangular prism. This has triangular ends and cross section and the base and two sides are rectangles. If the triangle is an equilateral triangle then it is called a regular triangular prism.
Remember the 'triangular' because a prism can have other cross sectional shapes.

There is no such thing as a triangular or rectangular "side", but if you mean face, as in a 3D shape, it will be a Triangular Prism

This sounds like a triangular prism to me. Make two triangles exactly congruent, and connect each vertex with a line. You'll get three rectangles that way.

Raise that dashed line a bit, to connect the top points. Also, fix the distortion. It doesn't look quite right--make 2 triangles.
