25ml of b6 vitamin three times a day. It takes about a week to start to jsut barely feel the effects, but after a few weeks it really does take it away.

Drink water, and eat what little you can. Crackers, water. Avoid a prenatal until you can keep food down, they only make it worse.

I tried everything (the crackers, b6, unisom, phenergan, etc) and of course nothing worked. After 3 hospital visits for dehydration they decided I had hyperemesis gravidarum (severe nausea and vomiting) and put me on Zofran. Zofran has worked wonders (at $22 a pill you would expect it to right?) Also, if she's taking a prenatal vitamin they can make nausea worse. I have to take two Flintstones vitamins with iron instead.

Try eating small meals every 2-3 hours, when you do eat, usually salty things (crackers, lipton noodle soups) help more with nausea. Have your husband fix you things like this and bring them to you before you get out of bed. It's worked pretty well for my wife, she only had about a week of morning sickness, but after about a week of trying this, it went away.

I was very sick my entire pregnancy and unfortunately not too much worked. Someone else mentioned SeaBands and those did help a little. Make sure to get the actual "SeaBand" brand and not a knock-off (the knock-offs didn't work at all). Make sure "mommy-to-be" gets lots of rest and drinks lots of fluid (Propel Fitness Water helped me some). Peppermint candies (the red and white discs) helped some, too.

When I was pregnant it was suggested that I go to a boating store and bought some seabands which are these things you put on your wrists to help with seasickness. I didn't really think it would work for my morning sickness but I was amazed that it did work very well.

I always had ginger ale and saltine crackers by my bedside so that as soon as I woke up while lying down I would scoot up on my pillows to a good enough angle so I didn't spill my ginger ale and I would nibble on a few crackers and slowly sip some Ginger ale... Then I would wait for 20 min. then slowly get out of bed... It worked for me 80% of the time... Good luck...

Take Vitamin B6 and half a Unisom. Totally worked for me. I usually took it at bedtime, but you can take it when ever you feel particularly awful.

My ex was sick EVERY morning with both our daughters. Nothing worked for her. Your job is to hold her hair and rub her back while she gets sick. That was my job anyway.
