Experiment Baby!
I have similar colour eyes and there isnt a colour I havent worn, try Mac they have some amazing colours at the moment,i have a deep olive colour and a gold colour and blend the two, gold really brings out the blue in my eyes and then I finish it with lashings of mascara v sexy!
Try smokey browns and greys to especially if you have bigs eyes it will def be a crowd stopper.
If I wanna try a new colour I will either get hold of a sample pot and experiment with it or go to the make up counter and ask for a demo, plus you can pick up some much needed tips along the way!
But I would defo say earthy tones are a good way to go as they are totally sexy and will be a real change from the clours that you normally go for, but remember have loads of fun with it too!

Avoid blue as it doesn't quite work when you have blue eyes. You have warm hair and cold eyes so you could go with any colour really. Try a nice deep green and work it in with some gold tones. Also if your changing you eye make up you might want to think about changing your blush and lip gloss so they all work together.

It depends on your skin colour too - can I take it you're quite pale for a brunette?
If so, try a cream (almost nude but perhaps slightly sparkly) eyeshadow with dramatic liquid eye-liner. I know this probably sounds incredibly cheap, but Tesco's Make Up range has a really really good liquid eye-liner in purples and greens and they go on really nicely (I'm usually an expensive make-up girl, but this is the best liquid eye-liner I've tried). It will bring out your eyes without it being obvious what exactly you've done.
Make sure you wear a dusting of blusher too (because it frames your face) and a nice semi-glossy lip balm. Together, it'll make you look really healthy and classic, without it looking like you've made too much effort.
I think.

The description you have given leads me to conclude that you coloring is "Winter"
I think it is best to stick with a taupe eyeshadow, augmenting with hints of "cool" colors with a rich hue. Navy blue, hunter green, royal purple. Not a lot of it! Just a bit to enhance your eyes. You want your lovely deep blue eyes to be the focus---not the makeup surrounding them!
I have the same coloring as you, and sometimes use a pencil liner on the very inside edge of my bottom lashes, which seems to make my eyes look bigger and bluer. A little of the same color lightly applied to the outside third, near your upper lashes completes the look.

I have about the same, except my eyes are brown. The best thing to do is wear colors that are opposite of your eye color. I'd suggest a pink or a green. Also, don't wear eyeliner. I think, personally, that eyeliner isn't right. It's okay at night, but not during the day. Hope that helps...

I too have the same colour hair and eyes as you and I've been tempted to try green. I've seen it on some people and it looks really nice - as long as you get the right shade.

with your colouring you can virtually wear any colours that you want, just have a bit of a play around either that or go to your local department store and go to a make up consultant they will give you a free make over and try a few colours on you or you can book sessions with the consultant to do make up for you to learn techniques.

Greens and Aquas always look very good with brunettes but always remember if you go heavy on the eye make up then just use gloss on ur lips and keep them nude!
