Prime Rib cooked medium so it is still nice and tender is the way to go. Mmmmmmmmmmm mouth watering just thinking about it. There is a resteraunt I used to go to in Maryland that had the BEST and it was always guaranteed to be at least 32 oz.

Prime rib, medium rare... not good for grilling, though, so second it'd be an angus rib eye steak on the rare side. Never been frozen, seasoned with garlic salt and pepper.

has to be a Sirloin steak - medium cooked, no blood.
slice it in half - but leave it joined together - ,fill with spinich and cheese and closes it back up for a few mins before serving. absolutely delicious.
