Well, this goes with my first question. I was just want to know if someone can do that or is insane enough to do it. Because, i dont want a baby that may not be his ( there still no proof she had a baby, but im worried) to be in his family tree............and her to say she had something special with him.............so has anyone ever had this happen to them and what would you do to protect your last name and family tree?

I'm going with the answer on the other q---get a lawyer. Tell the attorney this crazy story (it is, really--crazy because of that other woman not because y'all are crazy--SHE"S the nutcase, apparently!)..
There's incidents all the time of women putting men's name on birth certificates (Michael Jordan went thru this I think a few years ago), then a few years after the fact "oops guess what, you have a kid pay up!) and then your man has to fork over the grand for the DNA test to prove he's NOT the baby daddy.
Either that or take the sicko on Judge Judy and show the world she's a freak.

Good luck and take a few deep breaths, you're in for a wild ride for sure!

yeah they can I guess- but theirs really no link even if they do- because lots of people share last names. So what does it matter really? Unless your name is on the birth certificate. And yes im sure theirs someone out their crazy enough to do so- but your family tree if only those you link to it.

see you later because the daddy isn't on the certificate , you are able to get round it yet now and again they could ask for a letter variety the daddy affirming that it is advantageous . yet when his call is on the certificate then definite he might want to signal. the daddy has to signal off declaring then it is advantageous. if he dose no longer that the call remains a similar. how you are able to conceal your decrease back is to have the step ensure undertake the baby that way if he ever leaves he nevertheless might want to ought to pay baby help. I somewhat have lengthy previous by ability of this my self and that i had to get the daddy to signal off.

If people can steal other people's identities and get away with it... they can do just about anything else.
It is very unfortunate, but you will know the truth and that is all that matters....
