Your local health department should have the supplies. With that in mind, you should call now because they go quickly due to others who are less fortunate get the a head of time. Try calling the health dept. in your local area and make an appt.. If that does not work, some employers offer flu shots for their employees, maybe you could skip yours and give to your child instead. I have done that in the past. Check with Urgent Care centers, grocery stores, drug stores. They have public flu shots.

But you need to call them and see if they are doing kids that young. If it is their first flu shot, they have give it in 2-parts, and that means that they have to come back for part 2. You have to find a place that will give them both shots.

Your local Health Department should offer the flu shot to children. If they are not offering it at this time they will be able to tell you who is.
