When you are a legal American and can pay for the childs birth and upbringing. It wouldn't hurt to get Married first. (not saying you aren't )

The best time would be when you know that you and your boyfriend/husband are ready for the lifetime commitment of raising a child, which includes having $ to be able to support not only yourselves but the needs of a child too.
You should really sit down and think about all the things that go into parenting, and see if you're up to the min 18 year challenge.

7 years and you cant commit to marriage, but you'll commit to creating a family? Thats really... bizzar.

If its been a year you should definitly go get checked out. In most cases its just the stress of trying to MAKE yoruself get pregnant that keeps it from happening. But some times you just need some medication to help things along.

Get married, have babies, be happy! Good luck!

When you and your partner are ready. Some say that time never comes, but with constant communication between the two of you, you will know when the time is right.

Getting married might be a good first step. At least then his insurance will pay for it when you are out on maternity leave.
