Murder, espionage, & treason.

I don't think you can be put to death for any others.

There are lots of offences with life sentences however.

And to David S. below:
Are you a member of the Klan or something?
You find one black acquitted of a crime, one Jew and you believe they have been given special privileges. Yeah, blacks are so much better off than the rest of the population, I can see how they have infiltrated the justice system and are running the whole shebang.
