2 weeks and we've been living together for seven years. I don't think that's typical though...but we still can't live without each other.

I married my husband after about 6 months. We talked about it from day one, and since the first day we were together, I basically stayed at his place from then on. We ran off to Vegas. We have been together for almost 7 years and I still truly believe he is my true love and my closest friend. Sure, we have our knock down drag out fignts, but in the end we can still hold each other. I think some people can date for years and still it may not be right. Time is not an answer. I dated my x-husband for seven years before we got married, lived with him for 3 of those 7, and our marriage lasted less than 2 years. I am a true believer in knowing how you feel, and knowing what feels right. Noone else has to live your life, and noone should live theirs based on what other people may think. Only you know what's best for you, and we all learn lessons in life in different ways. Why miss out on such a wonderful experience, because of what "going by the book" says. Live life every day and do what makes you feel good!

Live together 3 1/2 months after we started dating. And, we are still going STRONG.

Depends on your and his level of experience. Dont listen to what people say as it is between you and him. Feels right? Just do it as there is no sense in wasting time artificially just because others say that you should take a certain time. Move in first and then see about the rest but don't wait forever to get married. Life is about you 2 and being together. Sure sometimes things don't work out but there is something to be said for just going for it. Because when it does it is the best feeling in the whole world. Reminds me, I need to call my other and say how happy I am.

We never did live together but did have a lot of sex..
We married about 9 months after we met...
I was 27, she was 18 when we married...

almost 3 years of dating moved in together and then 3 months later got married

we lived together almost right from the get go within a week or two and got married 4 months later and no we don't have any kids together and are not going to because we have 4 between us so we weren't rushed into marriage just choose it and still together 3 years later
