You didn't mention what operating system you are using but on my Mac, I had this same problem until I copied all the plugins from the system Internet Plugins folder to my user Internet Plugins folder. Unix based system have a lot of duplication of places for enabling software for the system and the individual users and it keeps us busy.

Get the latest version of Quicktime and the latest version of Adobe Flash Player... that should do... Good luck!

probably you don't have the plug_ins player. check what kind of player you need to watch that video and downloaded all of them are free.
