It's possible from your description of symptoms that your blood sugar is low after exercise, as it would be with most folks. You should be drinking fruit juice before you exercise or eating something about an hour before you exercise. No white carbs! That just spikes your sugar levels! A good choice would be protein and milk/juice...light of course. The drink about 6 ounces of juice before you work out. It's worth a try. Sounds to me like you're suffering from hypoglycemia. You might want to see a doc about it; and I can tell you he'll say the same thing I just said. You can get more information about hypoglycemia online. Godloveya!

If you haven't done so already, I would make an appointment with your physician to have a complete physical. Make sure you tell your doctor you want your thyroid levels checked also. If your doctor scoffs at your suggestion, insist on having the thyroid tests ordered anyway. A properly-functioning thyroid gland is SO important to not only our physical health, but to our mental health as well.

If everything checks out after your physical and the test results come back, my suggestion for you is to start a sensible exercise program where you gradually build up your physical strength. Remember that old saying, "...Rome wasn't built in a day."

Make sure you make that doctor's appointment though. If there's a problem, the best thing you can do is catch it early.
