Most of the answers have told you that 12 o'clock comes around twice. But that is only if you stay in one place in the world. If you fly back into another time zone of the world then it can be argued that you stay in the same day (but not the same 24 hour period from your point of view) and have to correct the time on your clock, you could have 12 o'clock again and in fact quite a few more times. Just pointing this out in case it is one of those trick questions. If you don't know about time zones yet, then the answer is 2.

Twice on a normal clock face type clock, once on a digital clock that's on 24 hour time mode, twice if it's on 12 hour time mode.
Jesus there's some thick people on here.

Twice unless you are using the 24 hour clock. But then i guess that would be 1200hours and not 12 o'clock.

Twice, once at midnight when the day begins, and the second time when am becomes pm.

However, if the clock has stopped at 12 o'clock, then in theory, you COULD truthfully say, all day.

12 o'clock happens twice a day. Once at noon, which is the same as 12 pm. It also happens once at midnight, which is the same as 12 am.
