I don't know where you are in Canada, but you could check the Native Trading Posts. There is a good one in Powassan, Ontario. They do shipping, too. Their phone number is 705-724-2646. Good luck.

You could try the Whetung Ojibwa Art and Craft Gallery, Curve Lake, Ontario - they stock a lot of nice silver jewelry, and it wouldn' surprise me if they had silver feather earrings. (They've got a lot of other nice stuff, too.)

so easy to do. In canada there will be native silver jewelry. Try ebay too!
