I might be using Bethany Christian Services for a domestic adoption. They do international as well and one of the countries is Korea but I don't remember what states they would adopt to. I know the state we live in we could only adopt a special needs child from Korea but I know Michigan was a state that could adopt a healthy child. There were like 6 different states. You can go to their website and check it out and see if there is an office close to you.

Hi! You can adopt babies from almost anywhere, and you use agencies in the US that coordinate with the agencies in the country that you are adopting from. Go to www.precious.org, it has pictures of foreign babies available for adoption, click on the name of a child, then when the new page is opened, scroll down and it will tell you what agency is handling the adoption. Each agency has link listed to their website.

Also, I live in Tennessee and my state has an adoption website for information on all agencies within my state. Your state website might have some information also. Good Luck!

I didnt think korea had international adoptions... Very few asian countries do, and their stipulations are incredibly hard to follow.

i know china allows international adoptions.
