I should be starting any day now. Just wondering could someone get pregnant if so close to starting period this month?

You can get pregnant at any point in your cycle. It's a lot more unlikely but still possible.

IF your periods are regular and IF you are like most women it is highly unlikely that you would get pregnant now. Most of the time you ovulate half way between your last period and your next period. For most women this is 12 to 14 days after the first day of their last period. The egg is only viable for about 24 hours so on days after you have ovulated it is unlikely for pregnancy to occur. Sperm can live 4 or 5 days if the cervical secretions are right and so if you make love a few days before you ovulate it is still a good time to get pregnant.
It is not likely that you would get pregnant so close to the time you are supposed to start your period. Possible but not likely.

YES!!! This is your most fertile time. When your body is not on your cycle, it is building up the lining of your uterus in preperation for pregnancy. When the time comes around for your cycle and you do not get pregnant, your body will not make the pregnancy hormmone and this is what triggers your cycle. Every month your body is getting ready for a baby, when it doesn't happen, it starts all over again, so if you are close to the beginning of your cycle, then yes, you could get pregnant!

Yes, you can. The only 100% way not to get pregnant is to practice abstienence. You are ovulating, so if you really want to get pregnant have unprotected sex either right before you period starts or right after its over. You can get pregnant anytime during the month so please be careful.

There is always a chance of pregnancy... you just never know... whats wrong with using a condom... taking the extra precautions would help your chances of NOT concieving... if you are not ready for a baby you should always be using a condom or birth control! If you can't afford birth control go to a family planning they will help you and its completely confidential... please practice safe sex for the better well being of yourself!

A good way to not get pregnant would be to use a condom. If you can't handle pregnancy don't ever have unprotected sex. Just my opinion!
