Ovulation occurs about two weeks after your period and it can cause very minute spotting in some women. It is unlikely that pregnancy would cause spotting at that time in your cycle.
There are some women who do experience a small amount of spotting during the time that they normally would have had their period had they not been pregnant.
I hope this answers your question.

It very well COULD be, but doesn't have to be. Unfortunatley there is no sure sign of pregnancy, as every woman's body handles new conception differently. The only thing to do is wait until your next period is due and take a pregnancy test if it doesn't come. Good luck to you!

yes, it could be a sign of pregnancy-- but it's not a guarantee.
