Yes...you can eat those while pregnant. They won't hurt you or the baby. Just don't feed nuts to the baby for a long time after it is born. They choke on nuts...and can die from a peanut. But while your pregant it's fine to eat those things.

The only food you need to avoid when pregnant is uncooked egg - in things like homemade mayonnaise and meringue.

No reason at all why you can't eat chestnuts.

What planet does Frank live on? - of course you can eat pineapple.

Actually after the first 2 months have passed, you can practically eat anything. But if its only a few weeks old, avoid acidic food like pineapples as the acidic level will harm the baby or cooling things like herbal tea, it harms the baby too as it is still not strong enough to take in this kinda stuff. Hope this helps.

You should limit the amount of nuts you eat while pregnant - especially peanuts because it can cause allergies in your infant.

Do you have a 'chestnut tree'? I understood that these tree's were wiped out by disease all across the US along time ago. I haven't ever seen chestnuts in my lifetime (49yrs). Good luck with your question.

I think they would be fine, haven't heard anything so bad about them, but as they are normally sold outside in little booths, watch out for hygiene issues.

I hadn't heard a prohibition for those nuts. Is there a problem with them?
