my laptop always restart by it self when i move the screen...
and when i touch the mouse it restart too...
how can i fix this?

Your laptop is not restarting. Most probably, its just coming back from SUSPEND mode to full power mode.
If your laptop is really restarting (it shows the BIOS/Boot screen, counts RAM, Windows starts CheckDisk), then the power supply of your PC maybe at fault and its not providing enough power to the motherboard, resulting in the restart.

how long has it been doing this? can you do anything with the mouse? does it do it all the time? really sounds like a hardware problem to me... if you can go in and do a system restore, here is how.
1. start
2. all programs
3. accessories
4. system tools
5. system restore at bottom
if you know when it stared you can go back and turn back your computer to that time. if it's been to long it won't work... just follow the directions after you get there... but if it is a hardware problem that won't help you. hopefully it's not, good luck..

There might be many things causing it. However it seems to be a software related problem. At this stage I suggest that you should go for a format and reinstallation.

If your issue is not just waking from sleep mode, I would start by suspecting the power cable.
If that's still not your problem, you should bring it where your bought it for support.
