Yes. IPOD used a standard interface called Universal Serial Bus (USB). If your computer supports that interface (almost all computers since 2001 supports USB), you should be able to install and use an IPOD. Your IPOD will come with ITunes or you can download it from Apples website. Itunes will help you organize ans sync music/videos between your computer and IPOD

Since the Usb protocol is an international standard, it will work just the same.

Yes - it will be fine. You may need to buy an English adaptor for the plug though.
