Here are some guidelines about how to measure yourself.

BUST: Measure over the shoulder blades and around the fullest
part of the chest

WAIST: Measure around waistline, keeping the tape slightly loose

HIPS: Measure across the fullest part of the bottom

INSIDE LEG: Measure from inside seam to the bottom of the trouser leg

It quite relies upon on which shop you pass to, so which you may desire to verify your measurements against the size chart of the shop you're identifying to purchase from. yet usually i've got discovered the sizes correspond as follows: US - uk 00 - 4 0/a million - 6 2/3 - 8 4/5 - 8/10 6/7 - 10 8/9 - 12 10/11 - 12/14 12/13 - 14 14/15 - sixteen sixteen/17 - 18

Well I can't help with the size ratings, but I can tell you that 1 inch = precisely 2.54cm. Hope that helps.
