There is no best way to say I love you. It's not the way that you say it or the way someone says it to you. It's just the plain fact that you or they have said it and you or they truly mean it. Hearing something like that and knowing that it's from the person's heart is all that counts.

Don't say it, show it. Take your loved one out to dinner, buy him/her a special gift, or give them a card just for the heck of it. Those are the best ways.
