buy compressed air, then open up the computer and spray it into the computer from the inside. you will want to start with the top/front and work your way to the back/bottom. make sure you spray the circuit boards really well.
dust can actually conduct electricity, so by dusting the inside of the computer, you may actually notice an increase in performance.

use the dusting head on ur vacuum, set it to a medium setting
make sure the computer is off and try to where anti-static gloves
