buy compressed air, then open up the computer and spray it into the computer from the inside. you will want to start with the top/front and work your way to the back/bottom. make sure you spray the circuit boards really well.

dust can actually conduct electricity, so by dusting the inside of the computer, you may actually notice an increase in performance.
