...or colleges or universities in the USA or Canada that deal in IT (Information Technology), things like webdesign, 3D animations, computer art, programming, etc.? (And i know this is a different subject all together, but if you know of any Art Schools, that would be really great too.)
What qualifications are necesary to be able to get it?

attempt looking up shape college names. layout ...out of the field faculties... you stick to? loose thinking allowed ...basically recommendations. ultimate of luck , you will comprehend it once you pay attention it.
