What do you mean? Do you mean that you would put the snake outside, like in the garden or something, or travel with it? I think whenever you let the snake out of it's terrarium, you should be careful that it doesn't get away. Where I live we have a boa constrictor plague. Seriously. Someone let a couple of them go and since they don't have natural enemies here, they just started to multiply like rabbits. They are all over the place now and form a serious threat to our fauna.

keep it chained in the yard.
A little snake house will provide shelter from weather.
Always make sure it has fresh water.
and get your snake spayed or neutered.

Yes if you want him to eat the neighbors...hope its not to cold outside cause he will die even if you have a heating pad and or light.
