Ok. First off, that is being steriotypical, which is not nice. Secondly, it's not true because I am white, and I do not kiss my dog on the mouth, so your statement is untrue. It's generally a bad idea to use always when talking about people because there will usually always be an exception.

Not just white people. Many do. Its like kissing children on the lips too. It doesn't mean its anything romantic. Its just affection.
