Joseph Diaz Lopez was raised in Healdsgurg, Ca. He lived in Santa Rosa, ca. with his second wife and 2 children. He died in Texas at age 30 supposedly on a business trip or possibly he was with his cousin and a drug deal went bad. I don't know any thing else. I was 9 when this happened. my grand parents have died and my mom will not talk to me about this.

TRY GOING THROUGH THE NEWSPAPER ARCHIVES IN THE TOWN WHERE HE DIED. GET HIS DEATH CERTIFICATE, THAT SHOULD HAVE CAUSE OF DEATH. WHAT ABOUT HIS TWO CHILDREN? WILL THEY HELP YOU?? ASK YOUR MOM AGAIN AND TELL HER IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO YOU, AND THAT YOU WILL FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED, EXPLAIN HOW MUCH EASIER IT WOULD BE IF SHE WOULD JUST TELL YOU!! EXPLAIN THAT THE TRUTH IS IMPORTANT TO YOU!!

It may be more important to realize why he died, not how. He was doing something illegal, dealing drugs........let that be a lesson you teach your kids so it doesn't happen to them. As a parent, your best method of teaching is by your actions....They speak much louder than any word.
