I stopped attending meetings ,to go to church because I am afraid of sitting with people specially women.I feel like everybody is looking at me.My eyes cannot focus on the preacher or meeting leader but instead they look to the person sitting on my right or left side.
I afraid to breath even.
I feel like the world hates me.
It happened to me after I asked a girl for love and she sayed no. And she was cruel to me,she didn't treat me.
please help me get out of this friends!
hope to hear from you!

you have a problem but it can be solved. ask yourself why do you feel this way. just because a girl turned you down IT IS NOT the end of the world. she just wasn't good enough for you. she did you a favor. now you can move on to others. it's a big world you know. you are feeling insecure. see a counselor, they can help you build up your confidence. you need to relax, be friendly, and get to know others. learn from your experiences, friend and move on.

Get an escort for a night, spend the cash (about 200 to 500)
When people say see a professional there are many different kinds. Sure you can go see psychologist but that will take many sessions and I'm sure you will spend more money on counseling than with one night with a professional lady.
You can interview the escort, talk to them for a while, and then maybe you'll hit it off and before the night is over you'll get your confidence back.
If it doesn't work then you can still go see a psychologist, you won't be any worst off than you are now (out a few hundered $$), and you'll get one good night with a woman out of it.

I used to have a problem similar. I couldn't breath in crowds and I would kind of freak out to an extent. Luckily I got over it. If it inhibiting you daily life, I would suggest that you seek professional help and not try to wait it out.

The last person I tried to help gave me a thumbs down and rather enjoyed my torment. Email me if you want. Privacy is warranted with these issues.
