try the local health department they usually have it in every state should be list under your county name (the county you live in) health department.........i did a search for you on yahoo search so just click on the link below and find your county listed there and ask them about it !

BTW When it comes to the cost of Birth Control, I think Birth Control is by far cheaper than having a child! Good Luck with your quest.
