Member of Medical council of India, To practice in DELHI, why membership of DMC required?

I am already a member of Medical council of India, which is licence to practice in whole of India. The ad by DMC is misleading that registration again is reqd. to practice in Delhi. This is against Delhi High Court order also. What is the latest on this? Any judgement of Supreme Court of India in some case recently ?

It is political, and the Supreme Court of India won't hear any case trials.
