There's an excellent repository of older browsers on http://browsers.evolt.org/ , including a directory for Netscape Navigator. These are freely downloadable.

The most recent version of Netscape Navigator (version 8), is downloadable from http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/ . Again, its free, so there's no problem signing up as an individual user. Although, if you are looking to install the recent version of Netscape Navigator, why not consider installing Firefox instead. They both use the same rendering engine, and Firefox is a lot more usable and configurable. Firefox can be gotten from http://www.mozilla.com/

Well if you really want a good, fast, free and customisable browser, download Mozilla Firfox, It is much faster than netscape, uses very less resources, and you can practically add any kind of tools to it.
For eg one of its addon lets you control ur music player without having to actually close the browser and many more.

I prefer Mozilla Firefox to any other browser, Netscape is flaky and doesn't play well with others.. Microsoft's propriety crap that people development websites with really phucks the pooch.

I use Firefox where I can and if I must as a last recourse will use IE.
