my name is chandra sekhar , i want to become a I AS officer .But i did not know how to become a officer. presently i am studying mca
can i write indian engineering exam to become a IAS officer .please tell a good answer .i have no friends and how to improve my english knowldge because i am very poor in english subject.

Good , now that you know where to go find the means towards reaching it.Keep checking official website of UPSC or keep a tab on employmentnews.gov.in . after you fill in the forms for IAS enrol your self in good coaching institute.Read competition success review magazine regularly.Don't let your goal out of your sight perhaps this may help you in your endeavour.

hey dude .. appear for the civil services exam .. its not easy, so better be realistic
