All answers to your questions are in order:
1. Who told you muslims are given equal rights always? This is not the case most of the times, majority rules.
2. Are muslims in majority in Gujarat? then why do you think communal tensions happened there? Who is responsible?
3.Don't you sympathise with the Hindus in Pakistan? Only those muslims might hate India who may have been adversely effected by violence and injustice from the majority hindus, otherwise we love our country as much as others.
4.Have you ever attended a seminar or lecture of a muslim cleric? have you evaluated an entire life span of a particular cleric to claim that they have not improved the lives of us muslims? Different identities do exist in our Islam, we have to maintain that coz sunnis dont agree with shias and vice versa. I am sure the hindus priest do the same, are hindus one caste only? You know there are several castes in hindus, they don't necessarily agree with each other in everything.
5.Majority my dear, if there are 100 students in a class, if 80 are hindus and 10 are muslims and 10 are other minorities, then you might be thinking, hey ! there are only 10 muslim students in the entire class, but if you understand our proportions, you will see the point. Other cause may be extreme poverty, which does not allow muslims to have good expensive education.
6. You can call these protests as a result of religious brotherly feelings, as a muslim if I see my Palestinian brother suffer at the hands of brutal Israel, I will naturally protest, even if I do not consider political implications. Likewise, if hindus are being oppresed in any other country, and given a chance, will you not protest or feel for your co-religionist? It's natural my dear !
7. You are forgetting Malegaon Mosque blasts, aren't you? There is so far not even a decent inquiry, forget about the Govt. naming the real culprits, coz they are hindu extremists. Why are the hindus not protesting now? If muslims are killed, should there be no protests?
8. Above one example and the terrible riots by hindus in Gujarat and other places can be a reason that muslims feel that Indian authority is blackmailing them. Is Modi prosecuted and punished for his crimes in Gujarat?
9. Muslims undestand very well that India is a better place to live than Pakistan, otherwise all the muslims you see in India would have been in Pakistan today !!!
May Allah bless you and clear your misunderstandings. Ameen !

Most of the Muslims are good Indian Citizens but there voices are not heard bcoz first lack of leadership in Indian Muslims. India is definitely a better place bcoz US can not bomb us here but number of Muslims being killed in India in riots or by the authorities in troubled areas like Kashmir are alarmingly high. The problem is that the killers are never punished but rewarded as hap pended in the last elections in Gujarat. What should we do?

Because the people of India have freedom. People are given their civil and political rights and with these are the "thorns" that go with it. There will always be dissension no matter how united a country appear. Accept this harsh reality and do your own part as a responsible Indian citizen. Start change in your own little corner and then if everyone does this, then all corners of India will be at peace.

Too many questions in one question creates 'ocular tension' in me. Be brief and pointed in your question. One reason among all reasons for a communal tension in India could be your long, boring question.
