This is srinivas.Basically i am from commerce graduate (B.COM(Corporate Secretary ship) from kakatiya University).I want to study PG Diploma in Company law & Secreatarial Practice from the Institute of commercial practice in delhi.So please give me details about this as possible as.

There is no such course, in India. Indian Institute of Company Secretaries, No. 1, Jhandewalan, New Delhi, conduct a course for becoming Company Secretaries, for which you need to qualify in there entrance examination It similar to Chartered Accountant course, Intermediate & Final.
