Is life really THAT simple

No! Thats what makes it worth living.....don't you think? If it were predictable, what would be the point? But in reality it is this deep pool of numerous colours, and not just the shades between between black and white. It is knowing that anything can happen that encourages us to keep getting up and everyday; to DO something, anything! If there were no challenges, we would all curl up and die.

And you know what? The unpredictability of it all; that is what truly makes life worth the living!

Life is rarely black and white, just various shades of gray. And it is better that way.

Where there is the brightest light there are the darkest shadows. Good cannot exist without evil. Look at religious fanatics. They commit the most atrocious acts in the name of god. However, if you look at the average person who isn't really that bothered either way, they just get on with their life and contribute to society without feeling the need to change anyone who doesn't conform to their own personal ideology.

Even taking the most basic 'crimes' which should be a case of black and white: Theft, that is wrong, but what if your children are starving to death and you steal a loaf of bread off a millionaire? Murder, OK this is hard to defend but what if they raped and murdered your wife? What if you were at war? Is shooting someone on a field of combat really any different?

The world is (on the whole) gray.... and I like it that way.

The purpose of life is to bring consciousness into the world.

The statement that there is a 'you' and a 'me' is an illusion. There is just the great entity or one life which is called consciousness and it lurks like a growing beast in all corners of the universe and takes form in many ways. The illusion of 'you' and 'me', of seperatedness is also the cause of all conflict in the world. People do not realise that we are actually 'one'

Therefore you are just consciousness brought into form which is your forms ultimate purpose.

When your form dies, consciousness lives on therefore death is an illusion.

Consciousness has existed since time began but has only recently taken shape through form, why? That is the ultimate question, mystery which means that life is not black and white.

Nothing is that simple.

While I believe that there are absolutes, I also believe that most of the choices we make will involve some sort of conflict between one value and another--for instance, someone who is very pro-life might have a serious conflict of values should a dear friend need to procure an abortion and ask him/her to drive her to the clinic for the procedure. So the pro-lifer must examine which value is greater at the time--that of friendship or the belief in abortion as wrong.

Now, that's an extreme example, I'll admit, but it crops up all the time in much less dramatic situations.

That's why life is complicated.

Life is simple, but it's not black and white.

No! children see life as black and white, adults do not. Under the correct circumstances we will all do black in order to get white, which means that other colors of true and false apply.

I wish if I could answer this question in my own language,
put I'll try:
look, even in religions (all religions) the do and don't do things are only very limited part of all we can do, the rest of our life we are free to do or not do as we wish,
therefore: I thing the black and white (I mean the well defined) part of our lives is only very limited, the rest is coloured

You are describing a computer with programmes needed to obtain alternatives. So no it is not.
It is a million greys expressed by the resolver as being black or white because his thinking is thus limited.
