Not usually. I guess maybe somewhere would make an exception, but I've never heard of anywhere taking anything other than a credit card. In fact, some rental agencies won't even take debit cards, because they have daily limits.

Did it no longer ensue to this gentleman that automobile-condominium companies shop documents? Ex.: I stay in Tennessee. assume, for some reason, I could desire to hire a automobile temporarily. the vehicle has Mississippi plates. (it is a countrywide corporation i'm coping with.) I as a result get pulled over (dashing, maybe). The officer runs the plates and correctly-knownshows out the vehicle is a condominium. A murderer who RENTED a automobile with a credit card, that are infamous for having NAMES on them (and are for this reason ordinary to song), could basically be ASKING to be caught. Sounds to me like it replaced into stupidity fed by using desperation.

NO, but when you return it some will take cash then void the charge on the credit card. It's an insurance and they have something to charge on to.

It depends on the company and location. I know some Entrprise places will let you do that. Call around, see who allows, and who doesn't.
