1. Thanks to your feedback we will be able to improve the services that our hotel offers our guests.

2. We look forward to having the opportunity to serving you again.

soon & once again is repetitive.

3. Hotel manager probably. Manager would be the person who is in charge at the moment, director would be the top person, but not necessarily present at the moment.

1. Thank you; with your help we will be able to find the weak points of our Hotel and, in the future, offer services of the highest standard which fulfill our guests’ expectations.

2. I would simply say: We hope to see you again soon!

3. Hotel manager is better, as the term is much more common in usage than director. People will have a clearer understanding of what a 'hotel manager' is than a 'hotel director'.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Here are my suggestions:

1. With your help, we can identify areas in which we need to improve and offer services that meet -- and exceed -- your expectations.

2. We hope to see you again soon!

3. I think of a hotel manager as someone who handles the day-to-day affairs of the hotel; whereas a hotel director sounds like a higher level position that deals with more strategic, "big picture" issues. So if you're looking for the title of a person who oversees staff, coordinates supply needs and responds to guest complaints, I'd go with "hotel manager."

1. Your comments will help us identify our weak points and our strong points and, in the future, will help us offer serivices of the highest standards whifch our guests have come to expect.

2. We hope to see you once again at our hotel. OR We hope to see you soon at our hotel. It really depends on the type of traveler that you typically have at your hotel. If your hotel is mostly used for vacations (i.e., once every year or every 6 months), I would use "We hope to see you once again at our hotel." If your hotel is mostly used by business type travelers (several times during the year), I would use "We hope to see you soon at our hotel."

3. Hotel manager. It is not a matter of which is better....just which people use most/are used to.

Hope this helps.

1. Because of your feedback, we can offer quality services that meet our guests' expectations.

2. We hope to see you again soon.

3. According to the dictionary, a manager conducts business affairs. A director is the head of an organized group or administrative unit. Perhaps only you know which best describes your function.

1. Kindly fill in the questionaire so that we may improve our services for you & our other customers in the future.

2. Do trust us to make your next vacation in this side of the globe a great one. (depending on where you are & the type of hotel)
otherwise your own suggestion is fine except it could read: Hope to see you soon at our hotel next time

3. Go with hotel manager.

1. Thanks to your feedback, we will be better able to identify aspects of our service that fail to meet with the expectations of you, our valued guests, and in future, hope to be able to offer a standard of service that would make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

2. The management looks forward to the pleasure of having you as a guest here again in the near future.

Just "the management" is better.
