I am the Shaun Alexander owner in my league. I handcuffed Maurice Morris early on. I am undefeated, but between injuries and byes, I am screwed this week. Who should I start as my RB3...Maurice Morris or Leon Washington? My other two RBs are Kevin Jones and Fred Taylor.

Can I say neither? Ehh...thats a bad choice. Morris is going against a tough Vikings D that is 4th in the league in run defense (only 74 ypg allowed on ground) and he is not even starter material while your other choice isnt even starting although he is getting the majority of their carries but its split basically down the middle. Plus the Lions arent the easiest team to run on either only allowing 3.4 ypc and only 94 ypg (11th in the NFL).

If I were you I would try to pick up someone else. Like Marion Barber (DAL), Brandon Jacobs (NYG), Michael Turner (SD), Jerious Norwood (ATL).

But if your only options are those two I would have to say flip a coin! LoL, seriously neither one is gonna do damage. I guess go with Morris simply b/c the Seahawks will have to get some kind of running game going and last game they gave it to him 20+ times. Also he isnt splitting time with anyone so when it gets into the 1st and goal situations then you know he's gonna be the go to guy where as Barlow is the go to guy for NYJ.

Morris: 16 car. 50 yds 1 TD
Washington: 12 car. 52 yds 0 TD

If your only options are those two, and there is no better option on the waiver wire, I would start Morris. Leon Washington's carries are never consistent, and as long as Alexander is off the field, Morris is going to carry the workload for Seattle.

That being said, try to find a better option on waivers.

Morris. Washington is still not the starter for the Jets as BArlow still holds that spot and will probably get the majority of goal line carries even if he becomes a backup. Morris at least should get you some yardage.

I would start Jones and Taylor because you know they will get you some points. Morris is an ok option but I believe that he fumbles sometimes in key situations. I also don't believe that Washington will be able to get you as many points as Jones or Taylor because he isn't a number one back in my mind right now.

i'm advantageous no longer counting out any of the Hendricks drivers or Smoke for that count number. those are adult adult males who've been racing plenty longer than Kyle & oftentimes they do no longer start up making their pass till it gets all the way down to the Chase. check out the consistency from Junior. he's held it in the precise 10 all season so far.( supply me the thumbs down...I pronounced Junior.) while push includes shove, the communities somewhat start up displaying their power. there's an excellent form of the drivers who realize it's time to knuckle down and get in the Chase. appropriate now i'm no longer counting all of us out. this is tutor time now! =o`)
